What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all areas within karachi. If you are outside this zone, please contact us on WhatsApp to see if a special delivery can be arranged.
What are your delivery hours?
Our riders are on the road from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Communication & Tracking
How will I know when my order is coming?
Since we use our own private riders, you won’t get a tracking code. Instead, our rider will call or message you via WhatsApp when they are heading to your location.”
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as the rider hasn’t left yet! Please message us on WhatsApp immediately with your order number to update your address.

Payments & Issues
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Our riders can accept [Cash/Card/Bank Transfer] upon arrival. As you mention on note at a time of order.
What if I am not home when the rider arrives?
The rider will attempt to call you. If you are unavailable, we can leave the package with a neighbor or security guard upon your request, or reschedule for a small redelivery fee.
