We aim to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible.

We are proud to offer city-wide delivery across all areas of Karachi. To ensure your items arrive fresh and on time, we use our own dedicated fleet of riders who know the city’s routes best.

Do you deliver to all of Karachi?

Yes! We cover every corner of Karachi. Whether you are in Karsaz, Saddar, or Scheme 33, our riders will reach you. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak traffic hours or rainy weather.

How do I track my order?

we use our own dedicated delivery team rather than a third-party agency, we do not provide traditional tracking numbers. Instead, once your order is out for delivery, our rider will contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp. You can also contact us anytime for a live update.

How can I contact my rider?

When your order is assigned to a rider, you will receive a message with their contact details. Please keep your phone nearby so the rider can coordinate the drop-off with you.

Can I message you on WhatsApp?

Yes! For the fastest support regarding your delivery, you can reach us on WhatsApp. Simply provide your name and order number, and we will give you an immediate update on your rider’s location.

How do I pay the rider? We offer two convenient options:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay our rider in cash when they arrive at your doorstep.

  2. Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa: Please send us a screenshot of your payment on WhatsApp before the rider reaches your location.

What if the rider cannot find my address? Karachi addresses can be tricky! Our riders are locals, but if they get stuck, they will call you for a “Live Location” share via WhatsApp. This is the fastest way to guide them to your gate.
